Our popular Seven Beef Butchery class is back! Join Chef Andy Jeong once again for this hands-on butchery class where participants will learn the ins and outs of butchering a whole side of beef. Chef Han will teach you how to split sides of beef into primals, and how to turn those into a variety of cuts including steaks, roasts, grind, fat and bones.

Attendees will work on portions of the side and everyone will go home with a fine steak as well as two pounds of ground beef that will be made during class.

Afterwards, join Chef Jinho Han for a Rosé luncheon and enjoy the fruits of your labor!

There's no prior experience required to attend and all tools will be provided. The total price for the class and luncheon are $120 and the event will last approximately three hours beginning at 11AM on Saturday, October 28th in the Seven Beef kitchen.

Korean Pop-up Dinner!

We are very excited to announce our first Korean Pop-Up Dinner on Sunday March 26th. We've always loved Korean food and it just so happens that Chef Jinho Han and Butcher Andy Jeong both hail from Busan in the southern region of South Korea—and both are excited to share the flavors of this region. Chef Jinho perviously worked for Chef Edward Kwon at Lab XXIV in Seoul and made yearly treks to Switzerland to showcase modern Korean food at the Davos World Economic Forum. (He knows his stuff!)

The feast will be five courses featuring wood-fired short rib and a spicy monkfish among others. Chef Banh will also be in attendance offering an additional wine paring for those interested.

Chefs Jino & Eric have crafted a very special wine dinner with the folks from Cadaretta Winery in Walla Walla. Owners Kris & Rick Middleton will be in attendance and the event kicks off with an informal meet & greet with appetizers and bubbly, followed by an inspired six course sit down feast with wines selected from Cadaretta. The dinner begins with Vietnamese flavors and finishes with a beautiful grass-fed & grass finished ribeye.
